So this dish is pretty much a DIY. It wil take about 20 minutes to prepare, and about 15 minutes to cook.
This means, goodness for your tummy in only 35 to 40 minutes.
So, what you will need:
100 grams of dried bread crumbs
40 ml of freshly chopped parsley
2 lemons, grated zest
1 chilli, seeded and chopped (optional – for those that like a burn)
