Bitter…Sweet..Chocolate… Cookies!
45 minutes to prepare, 12 minutes to cook.. +- 5 minutes to finish!
Ingredients:
500 ml cake flour
60 ml cocoa powder
2 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
250 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
125 ml sugar
1 egg
5 ml vanilla essence
150 g good-quality dark chocolate, finely chopped
125 ml hazelnuts or almonds, finely chopped with a knife
250 ml icing sugar for sprinkling...

Okay, so, who doesn’t caramel?
Well.. The next recipe is a Caramel dessert that is really easy to make.
What you’ll need:
1 pack of finger biscuits
1 caramel instant pudding
1 crushed canned pineapple
1 tub fresh cream
1 Flake for garnish
