Cup cakes.. Yum.

What you will need:
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 110 grams melted unsweetened baking chocolate
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add paper liners to your cupcake pans.
Combine all of your ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix them all at a low speed for 30 seconds. Then mix at a high speed for 3 minutes.
Fill your liners with half to two-thirds of batter. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool down for 10 minutes and then remove them from the pan.
Add icing when the cup cakes are completely cool.
