Breakfast Is Really The Most Important Meal

Various studies have shown that breakfast boosts the work ethic of children at school. It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this is very true. The breakfast that you have will start your day, and it will give your body the necessary nutrients that you need to perform at your peak.

Studies have shown that it is not a good idea to skip breakfast.

It’s said that by skipping breakfast you’re more prone to becoming tired when your brain and body run low on fuel. The lunch you eat needs to be dictated by the breakfast you have.

Many people skip breakfast in order to lose weight, which is not really a smart move. Many people think that they would lose weight if they skip meals, which isn’t true. Your body expects to have that meal so that it can refuel, so by skipping that meal you’re actually just doing yourself more harm.

In fact eating breakfast is actually good for weight loss as people that eat good healthy meals maintain good weight.

So what should your breakfast contain? Well, a healthy breakfast should have some protein and some fibre. This means low fat meats, eggs, beans or diary. Fibre will be grains, vegetables and fruits.

Good breakfast includes bacon, eggs and juice, or something to that effect. It’s recommended that you stay away from sugary cereals, syrups and pastries. Reason being that they are digested quickly only leaving you hungry and tired in a few hours.

For those that don’t like eating breakfast, try this instead. Split your meal into two smaller meals.

1) Eat a hard boiled egg at home and

2) then an hour or two later have an apple or some nuts.

Remember a healthy breakfast is the best way to start your day. Don’t skip this meal!
